After checking reviews on line I thought..OMG ! What have I done ! But…I received my package as promised and these hearing aids work really well. The box contains all sort of useful things. I can understand that there will always be someone that is not fully satisfied but at this price and quality, I am totally happy. They work well, recharge quickly and the sound quality is great. I was skeptical about Bossa but I have to say, I am happy with my purchase. I emailed them re my order and their Customer service replied the following day with tracking details and more. I will definitely use them again if the need arises. I say..have some faith and don’t always believe what you read…but you can believe my review! Totally genuine.
